Ashley Leith, Event Rider & Trainer

"Having portable heat is great to use as a muscle or leg warm-up anywhere at anytime."

"I was introduced to Right Spot Active Far Infrared Heat Therapy Pads at one of the lowest points of my career. I was entered to compete my horse, Irish Doctrine, at Rolex 2009. At the first vet inspection Doc fresh and acting silly. Just before it was my turn to present, he got spooked and jumped sideways, skidding on the black top. While we were waiting, Doc appeared a little off at first and seemed to become lamer the more he walked. It was obvious that he had injured himself. We withdrew from the event and he was examined by a vet. The diagnosis could not have been much worse, he had torn his meniscus. This is usually a career-ending injury."

"A Right Spot sales rep offered me the use of an active far infrared heat therapy pad. I figured what the heck, I have nothing to lose at this point."

"Two months later the vet did a follow-up scan and it appeared that the meniscus was no longer pushed out between the joints. The vet was really impressed with Docs progress. A year later, Doc participated in his first preliminary event since the injury and jumped around clean."

"Treating an injury like Docs takes a combination of many things. I feel that the Right Spot Active Far Infrared Heat Therapy Pads definitely helped facilitate Docs healing process and were an integral part of his recovery. I have been an advocate for Right Spot ever since and use it every day. Having portable heat is great to use as a muscle or leg warm-up anywhere at anytime."

Phillip Dutton talks about the benefits for the Equine Right Spot Active Far Infra-Red Heat Therapy System; a new, portable heating system that benefits both the horse and the rider.

"...it made me a believer."

"After trying Right Spot on Simon (Connaught) at Rolex and feeling the results in my horse it made me a believer. There are a lot of products out there but this one is really worth giving a try."

Emma Ford, Barn Manager for Phillip Dutton

"I first was introduced to Right Spot at Rolex 2009. The sales rep gave me a Right Spot pad to try out. Phillip had been having some difficulty with Connaught being tight and tense so I tried putting the Right Spot pad on Connaught's sacroiliac for about 30 minutes before he was ridden. Phillip came back to the barn and said

'whatever you did to this horse, keep doing it!'

Phillip had no idea I had used the Right Spot Active Far Infrared Heat Therapy Pads before he rode Connaught."

"The Right Spot pads are easily portable so we take them everywhere. We use them mainly to warm up muscles before the horses are worked. particularly on the last day before show jumping. It helps relieve any stiffness the horse may have developed overnight after cross-country. I like to do anything to help the horse be comfortable and enable him to perform his best. Warming up with Right Spot really seems to help him relax."

Max Corcoran, Barn Manager for Karen and David O'Connor

The O'Connor's are US Olympic gold, silver, and bronze medalists who have represented and competed multiple Olympic and world championship events. Karen has been awarded the US Female Equestrian Athlete of the year 10 times and in 1993 was voted the #1 rider in the world.
David is the USEF president and the coach for the Canadian WEG Team.

"Love it, love it, love it. It's just so easy to use."

"It lives on Mandiba's stall door and we pin it to his sheet with bandage pins every morning for a couple of hours while he is eating his breakfast. You can see him totally relax. We have a young horse that has a cold-back. We just place it on his rump while he's getting groomed. It seems to really help him relax his back and relieve the tightness which makes him much easier to ride."

"We will use it when the horse is trailering to a lesson. Karen trains with Betsy Steiner to help improve her dressage score and if we put the Right Spot pads on while Mandiba is traveling, his back is really warmed up when we arrive. Right Spot is especially good to use when we trailer in for a one-day show. If it's cold and windy, there's nothing better than some portable heat to keep our horse comfortable while they're waiting to show."

"We were thrilled with the results!"

"We first tried using Right Spot Active Far Infrared Heat Therapy Pads at the Washington International Horse Show. We were in downtown Washington, D.C. in a small barn area set-up in the basement of the stadium. There was no where to walk the horses around, which is normal procedure to prepare McLain's horse, Goldika 559. We like to get her out for at least an hour before McLain gets on to warm her up. We put the Right Spot pads are on her hind legs over a no-bow wrap and put a bandage over the top of everything. We also put a couple of pads on her rump and back in between her sheet and stable blanket. We were thrilled with the results! She walked out of the stall without any stiffness and she jumped great. We now use it all the time on backs and any other place that seems a little stiff or sore. One of the best things about using Right Spot is you can just leave the horse in their stall to eat and relax. Some of our other therapy products have electrical cords so we have to put the horse on cross-ties and watch them, which keeps us from doing other things. At a show there never seems to be enough time to get everything done so I like using Right Spot because it treats the horse and leaves me free to do other things."

Alison Johnson, FEI Dressage Rider/Trainer/Clinician

"I find Right Spot to be a great warm-up tool."

"I first used Right Spot when my horse was diagnosed with a coffin-bone fracture. It was an unusual horizontal fracture and was very low on the leg. Prognosis was guarded because of the rarity of such a fracture. I applied the Right Spot Active Far Infrared Heat Therapy Pad to the leg 2 to 3 times a day. On his 8-week re-examination there was no evidence of a fracture on x-ray. My horse has since completely healed and is now a successful 3rd level dressage horse."

"My FEI horse wears Right Spot pads around his neck to warm-up every day as he has a couple of fused vertebrae in his neck. We use Right Spot to warm-up his back muscles and he also wears Right Spot pads around his neck while he is on the cross ties being groomed."

"I find Right Spot to be a great warm-up tool. I use it every day and I have found that I get very little stiffness or resistance during my training sessions. At shows I will pin the pads to the horses sheet or cooler. I find it really relaxes them and helps relieve some of the stress that is caused by a hectic horse show atmosphere."

Jose Ortelli

"I have an older who has an old leg injury. He is sound and has healed well but I like to use the Right Spot pad to warm-up his tendons and ligaments. It helps create more elasticity and so helps prevent further injury."

Chris Grant, Event Rider & Trainer

"The product really sells itself!"

"I have a couple of older event horses (17 and 18 years old). I pinned a couple of Right Spot pads to the shoulder area on my horses stable sheet while he was in his stall eating hay. I couldn't believe it. My horse walked out of his stall looking the best he had in days. He'd been really stiff and after using the pads only one time I bought 4 of them. The product really sells itself!"

"The chiropractor recommended that I continue using the Right Spot..."

"In the sport of combined driving the only way to physically maneuver the horse is through our hands on the reins which are connected to the bit in the horse's mouth, therefore most driving horses are very well trained to respond to the drivers voice commands. We are allowed to use our voice in all phases of the competition but since our only connection is with the horse's head and neck, it is very important that their muscles stay relaxed and responsive to our aids. I use Right Spot on my horse's neck all the time to help maintain flexibility. I'll normally put Right Spot pads on my wheelers' backs and hocks before we compete and after a marathon. The wheelers do most of the work so I try to take special care of them."

"One of my leaders came in from the paddock one morning and was very lame in the behind, to the point that the leg was almost non-weight bearing. I put a Right Spot pad on the horse's hip 3-4 times that day and when the chiropractor came the next day he was able to manipulate the hip back into alignment. The chiropractor recommended that I continue using the Right Spot on the hip to relieve pain and continue the healing circulatory effects of the active far infrared heat."

"We intend to continue using Right Spot
as a way of stimulating the horse's circulatory system..."

"We have a very busy equine rehabilitation and therapy practice, having a practical, easy to apply heat therapy product is still relatively new to us. We have successfully treated a very severe case of lymphingitis using the Right Spot Active Far Infrared Heat Therapy Pads as part of the treatment protocol. We intend to continue using Right Spot as a way of stimulating the horse's circulatory system, which is a very beneficial in the healing process."

Holly Jones, Assistant to Ashley Holzer

"Keeping any horse fit and healthy when he is competing at the international level is difficult whatever the discipline. We love using Right Spot Active Far Infrared Heat Therapy Pads because our horse, Pop Art, loves it."

Annie Morris, Assistant to Lendon Gray
Glenedon Dressage

"Right Spot has really helped this old guy."

"We have a dressage schoolmaster in the barn who became very lame all of a sudden. We took him to the clinic for a bone scan fearing the worst. Fortunately there was no sign of a fracture, but he had developed bad arthritis in his hocks. We are using the Right Spot Active Far Infrared Heat Therapy Pads on his legs for about 20 to 30 minutes before he is ridden and now he is a different horse. We wrap the pads around his gaskins while he is on the cross-ties and he doesn't seem to mind at all. Right Spot has really helped this old guy. I love this product and have recommended it to other clients in our barn."

"...she puts the pads on he will drop his head and totally relax."

"Lee Carver had suggested Todd try the Right Spot Active Far Infrared Heat Therapy Pad on his horse, Pavarotti. He loves it!"

"Sometimes Pavarotti is a pretty high-strung, tense horse and when I put the pads on he will drop his head and totally relax. During one of the Grand Prix's in Kentucky, Todd and Pavarotti jumped clean and were on of the first riders to go. It was raining, so I put the Right Spot pads on his rump to keep him warm and prepared for his jump-off round. Todd and Pavarotti went home with the blue ribbon. I use Right Spot every day."

Ian Millar
Canadian show jumping world champion and Olympic silver medalist

"...I noticed that he had less resistance..."

"I was introduced to Right Spot Active Far Infrared Heat Therapy Pads at a national horse show in Syracuse, New York and asked if I'd be interested in trying it on my horse. I told the sales rep that I had been around for a long time and seen many products come and go."

"The first time my groom Nicky put it on Redefin I noticed that he had less resistance on the side where he normally is a little stiff. We continue to use it on all of the horses' backs. It's simple to use. Some of the more expensive products seem to be always getting repaired and they're not as sturdy as we need them to be. I like Right Spot Active Far Infrared Heat Pads."

John Brennan/Missy Clarke
Leading Equitation Trainers

"Our horses need to perform their very best."

"We first started using Right Spot Active Far Infrared Heat Therapy Pads at Indoors. To qualify for Indoors the horses have been campaigning hard all so the finals are huge for us, especially as we are one of the most winning trainers of the equitation finals. There is a lot at stake and a lot of pressure. Our horses need to perform their very best. After trying Right Spot at PNHS we take them everywhere. We use them mainly on backs and necks, almost everyday."

Janus Marquis, FEI Showjumping Team Therapist

"Use it!
It's a fabulous pre-performance tool."
